Andy was once a rugby player who has a passion for all kinds of sports. He is dedicated in analyzing the special features of all sports, be it the popular ones such as volleyball or basketball, or the new hits such as Frisbee and korfball. Being a trainer on sport psychology, he understands that the mind has significant impact on the athlete’s performance. When designing physical training programs, he would insert a lot of games elements, using positive energy as an aid to break through the physical limits.
As a physical fitness and training instructor, Boyi appears more often in parks rather than gym rooms. Through various anti-gravity poses and street workout performed on horizontal and parallel bars, Boyi has demonstrated that female can also be very strong and powerful. She is good at dissecting difficult postures, starting with the most simple step and gradually mastering the whole posture, breaking the self-imposed limitation of “the first step is the hardest”.
