Anfernee is currently the expert on diagnosis and physical assessment in Samsung Sports Korea. He possesses various specialist qualifications for sports medicine and physiotherapy, and is the consultant for various prestigious training institutions, providing athletes with physical training and improvement programs. He attains world class training level and his catch phrase is “The more basic it appears, the more advanced it is”, achieving good results for sports lovers in the most delicate manner.

現職南韓三星運動研究院診斷及體能評估專家,擁有多項運動醫學及物理治療的專業資格,並擔任多間世界著名訓練機構的顧問,為專業運動員提供體能訓練及運動表現提升計劃。訓練水平達世界級,口頭禪卻是「越是基礎、越是高深」,從最微細的地方開始成就運動愛好者的大業。

訓練班: Coach Anfernee

Andy was once a rugby player who has a passion for all kinds of sports. He is dedicated in analyzing the special features of all sports, be it the popular ones such as volleyball or basketball, or the new hits such as Frisbee and korfball. Being a trainer on sport psychology, he understands that the mind has significant impact on the athlete’s performance. When designing physical training programs, he would insert a lot of games elements, using positive energy as an aid to break through the physical limits.

曾是欖球運動員,但熱愛運動,對各類運動皆充滿好奇心,無論是排球、籃球等熱門項目,又或是新興的飛盤、合球,都會投注精力去研究它們的特點。作為運動心理教練,明白到心理對運動表現的重大影響,設計體能訓練計劃時會混入大量遊戲元素,用正能量為助力,衝破體能極限。

訓練班: ModyFit

As a physical fitness and training instructor, Boyi appears more often in parks rather than gym rooms. Through various anti-gravity poses and street workout performed on horizontal and parallel bars, Boyi has demonstrated that female can also be very strong and powerful. She is good at dissecting difficult postures, starting with the most simple step and gradually mastering the whole posture, breaking the self-imposed limitation of “the first step is the hardest”.

作為體適能及健身教練,最頻繁出沒的地方不是健身房而是公園,通過於單雙槓上各種反地心吸力的街頭健身動作,展示出女性也可以很強很有力。擅長將高難度動作分拆,由最簡單的步驟開始,逐步掌握整個動作,打破「萬事起頭難」的自我規限。

訓練班: Gymgirl. Dreamgirl. Boyi

Ringo was a physical fitness instructor of Police Tactical Unit, with more than ten years of training experiences. He specializes in designing suitable training poses through understanding the different needs of exercising. Apart from focusing on data, he is more concerned on the feedback of the participants, integrating objective data with subjective performance and devising a personalized training program. In recent years, he actively promotes exercise atmosphere in different districts with the target of “fitness in all districts”.

前機動部隊體能培訓導師 ,擁有十多年體適能教學經驗,擅於為不同運動設計針對性計劃 ,著重訓練數據之餘更重視參加者的回饋 ,將客觀數據與主觀表現結合 ,調配出個人化的訓練方案 ,近年積極在地區營造運動氣氛 ,目標是做到區區有體能。

訓練班: Outdoor Fitness

Stanley is proficient in various sports including boxing, basketball and street workout. Noting that physical training is to train the entire body, not just a specific part, Stanley designs programs with students as the primary objective, using mass power to add fun and variety to exercising. He specializes in animal flow. Through observing the postures of animals, he elicits the advantages and integrates them into the training.

精通多項運動,拳擊、籃球、街頭健身無一不曉。明白到體能訓練是鍛煉人的整體,而非獨立訓練身體各部位,設計訓練時會以學員為本,利用團體力量賦予運動更多樂趣及多變化性。擅長Animal Flow,通過觀察自然界各類動物的動態,取其優點並融入訓練。

訓練班: Wego Fitness

Ted, a fireman, has represented Hong Kong in judo games in the London Olympics in 2012. He is also the record keeper for the Fire and Ambulance Services Academy, the best example of a master from the civilian. He used to train via self-learning, and is now dedicated to assist others to achieve training targets using advanced scientific methods, so as to enjoy the benefits from an improved physique both for exercise and daily living.

現職消防員,於2012年代表香港出戰倫敦奧運會的柔道項目,亦為消防訓練學堂體能紀錄保持者,高手在民間的最佳寫照。以往主要靠自學進行訓練,現決心以高階科學訓練法助人有效率地達成體能訓練目標,在運動及生活上都能享受體能提升後的益處。
